“I am a regular customer, and your burgers are absolutely delicious! I wanted to share my appreciation for one of your employees who works the night shift. She is always very pretty, gorgeous, and friendly. Every time I visit your restaurant, she greets me with a smile and brings such positive energy to the atmosphere. However, I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen her lately, and I hope everything is okay with her. Has she changed her work schedule or moved to a different position? I truly miss her warm presence!”

“Hong Kong has been the go to restaurant for our family for decades! My husband remembers going often with his family at age 7! The food is excellent and in our opinion the best Chinese food in town! Yesterday we had take out and it was the same as ever, no disappointments! The service was great and very accommodating with a food allergy request! We do very much miss the dine-in experience and hope they will be able to reopen the dining room soon! The wanton soup tastes better with Chinese ceramic spoons ??

Dietary restrictions: Although, there were a few options for gluten-free diet, it would be even better if there was a gluten free gravy sauce option so more dishes could be possible for the customer.”

“I frequent this location because it is close to where I work. The people are mostly friendly and usually get my order correct. Today, however, I had to repeat myself 4 times at the drive thru speaker and by the 4th time I was yelling (I am sure the cars 5 back heard my order). I paid, picked up my daughter, got home to enjoy my tea on my deck and it’s coffee with two tea bags in it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ An unpleasant surprise. How?🤷🏻‍♀️”
