“I dined at Sandro's while home for Thanksgiving with my family. The food was amazing! I had the buffet, and everything was delicious. It would be nice if there was another salad besides Caesar, and perhaps a dessert besides jello, but I still recommend the buffet. Staff was friendly.”

“Just had to share a positive review solely based on amazing customer service.
So I ordered uber and through a small mistake I was sent a wrong item. I called the store with the intention to just bring to their attention that they should pay closer attention to the specifics of an order and the changes made to items. I was speaking to a manager (which I’m upset I didn’t get her name) that handled it in the best way possible, which was confirming my order and then driving out herself to my house to bring the correct item. She even upsized the item as well! Very happy with how it was handled and how above and beyond they went over a small mistake.

The loyalty rewards is a very nice added bonus. I regularly travel across town, past two direct competitors to buy from these fine folks. Do yourself a favour and make a visit soon.

Went again today and as usual I was not disappointed. Great food, great value for what is made, and the service is second to none. Other businesses in and around SSM would do well to look at this establishment as a benchmark to gauge themselves against.”

“I frequent this location because it is close to where I work. The people are mostly friendly and usually get my order correct. Today, however, I had to repeat myself 4 times at the drive thru speaker and by the 4th time I was yelling (I am sure the cars 5 back heard my order). I paid, picked up my daughter, got home to enjoy my tea on my deck and it’s coffee with two tea bags in it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ An unpleasant surprise. How?🤷🏻‍♀️”

The staff there are very efficient and fast. They have an excellent attitude and are very friendly to customers.”

The lady working was the kindest person I've ever encountered. If we are ever in the area again, we'd for sure be stopping in!!”
