“I’ve been coming to this location for years, and the service has always been good — but today it was truly exceptional. I’d especially like to recognize two team members: Syeda at the order desk and Dominick, our server.
Syeda was welcoming and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant. And Dominick was absolutely outstanding. He consistently checked in on us, asking if we needed anything and even offering to bring something while we were waiting. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel valued and truly special.
Service like this is rare, and Dominick in particular went above and beyond. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be back!“

To be honest I never leave reviews anywhere but when I went to this location the lady working there was amazing and over nice to every customer. The ten minutes I waited for my food by my choice , I literally saw The way she served the customer so I decided to leave this review here. Also the food was amazing.

“Been to THG’s Hot Chicken a couple times now and the food has been solid every visit. On my last order an item was missed, but the team more than made up for it. Genuinely great customer service and handled it the right way! The daily deals are a nice bonus and make it easy to keep coming back. Super happy to have another halal spot like this in the city. Highly recommend!“

“My last review was 6 years ago so I was overdue for an update.. 6 years later this place is still consistent and if by chance they make a mistake as we all do sometimes, give them a call and a chance to make it right, their service is outstanding! Also want to mention Paul the delivery guy is fantastic, I cant say I've ever had a bad experience and in the last 6 years of ordering somewhat consistently my order was off once and it was rectified immediately.. nothing but great food and great service here!“

“I had a great experience at Mary Brown’s! The food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The store was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. Definitely one of the best places for a quick and delicious meal. Highly recommend!“

“Quik Chick never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor — especially the chicken, which is perfectly seasoned and cooked every time. Portions are generous for the price, and the menu has solid variety.
The staff is friendly and fast, even during busy hours, and the place is clean and well-run. It’s easily one of my go-to spots when I want something quick but still really good. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality chicken done right.“

“I came here after a party and was greeted with a smile. I was so hungry and couldn't make up my mind but the sales associate was so patient and was able to suggest the perfect meal for me to enjoy. 10/ 10 service. I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one because it's so hard to get customer at all these days let alone some one who enjoys their job.
Everything was sooo Fresh.
Looking forward to coming back to this location. It was like 4 am and still got a smile and quality service.“

“I went today here. And the service was amazing. Honestly the service and staff were great . But the harsimran was so nice and helpful for the customers.. i saw her when she was dealing with customers as friendly behaviour.. that is fantastic thing.. hope so she’s doing well and many more years will do work for your team guys.. best wishes for you harsimran and your teammates

“I recommend. Food good. But when I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra tomato the piece of tomato was barely larger than a toonie. I was okay with the extra charge but please give me my money’s worth.“
