We ordered burrito and a burrito bowl thru uber eats, the food took too long to get ready and when we called the store , the guy answered told us we are too busy and the order can take up to 30 min to prepare. After we received the order, the burrito bowl was missing the black beans so we called the store and the same person answered told us that they ran out of black beans but when I told him that the burrito had black beans he said mum, it’s in the bottom of ur bowl and you can’t see. I explained to him there is no black beans and I can send you a photo or video and then he said ok mum send , I am sure u have in your order. The # doesn’t receive messages and we tried calling him back from different #’s but he kept holding off. Please choose the right people to hire and meet customers service but this guy was very rude.

Order two small burito with different options. Package did not, which was what. Plus, one huge was 2lb 2oz while 6 was 1 lv 3 oz.. Thus location has issues with build and identifying burritos.

They need to hire more people for the rush times. I like their food and the portions are good, however when you order online it says ~10 minute wait and it usually take 20-30 minutes.
Also, they need to prioritize better. I order online and came into the store. Two online orders including myself waiting and the person who just walked in had their order made before ours. Defeats the purpose of ordering online if you serve customers who walk in long after before the online order.

Went to this location today the woman working was amazing. It was first time visiting this location and she was so helpful and the burrito she made was exactly the way I wanted it to be and how I explained her what I like. It was amazing a must try

The two women working late at night are fantastic. They are holding this place up. Big burrito is a big big one, carefully made. Thanks to them.
The guy today making it in the day time non rush hour, not so much and wouldn't buy again with him. Big Burrito was a childs burrito, except a rice scoop and beans. Training required.
I did not need to eat the size of burrito that was delivered to me. But I could not stop once I started. It was too delicious. I ate this whole thing. I’m still full. 5/5 dopamine boosting comfort food

Ordered 3 burritos. None were labelled for the third time. Paid extra for the sweet potato and didn’t receive any. Frustrating since this continues to happen at the Lindsay location.

This place deletes reviews. They stole 1400$ from my fiancé and I. Using that card reader on the debit.Got our money back.Do NOT GO HERE! Typical scammers. It was an Indian woman. Obviously the manager is in on it if he’s deleting my comments. Stay AWAY!
