Drive thru had 2 cars in front of me and took 20 min to get my food. Fries were definitely not Harvey's fries and we're soggy. Burgers were over cooked. Overall terrible experience.

Best burgers in town. I've tried many others but I always come back. The fries are amazing also. And the onion rings, shakes, etc....Parking: There is lots of parking but it does fill up because this Harvey's is connected to the Swiss Chalet.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcomed with their own menuWheelchair accessibility: Yes the faculty is wheelchair accessible

The fries taste like its been sat out half a day and then re microwaved. You can even tell its been re fried several times. The inside od the fries is literally hollow without any potato rather filled with oil.Service is super slow in drive thru.Burger tasye good tho.

SUPER SLOW….no communication from employees to customers. Manager there didn’t say a word.

This location has to be the slowest location I have ever been too. 15+ minutes for 2 burgers and onion rings. This has been like this for years. Please can something not be done about

Multicultural staff, food was good. Was surprised to see a spill that was on the floor for so long that some of it had dried. Staff was aware as sign of the wet spill was over it at the cash area.

OK, so I've been enjoying Harveys for almost 35 years. It's my goto burger place if I can choose. But..and that's a BIG BUT, the Georgetown, Ontario Harvey's location seems to think they can serve lesser or inferior food options compared to other Harveys locations. Georgetown Harveys serves different fries, specifically they're really oily and slimy. They're totally not the same fries served by other Harveys locations - small little oily slimy fries. Whereas other Harveys locations offer crispy golden full size fries. In addition to the really bad fries, Harveys Georgetown pre cooks burgers and sets them aside on the grill. When you get your burger they're usually overcooked, really dry, and barely warm if not on the cold side. I'm not sure why Harveys Georgetown is permitted to deviate so far off the standard quality of service other locations exemplify. The facility itself is well kept and the employee customer service is great. It's just the fries and burgers that are really really really TERRIBLE.

I am very disappointed in the customer service that his location has. We had gone through the drive thru and there was one person in front of us, we sat waiting in the line for about 15 minutes and finally wondered what had been going on, rolled down our windows thinking maybe the customer had a large order which we could understand. There was dead silence, we asked the customer in front of us what was going on and they had not even been helped yet. That is extremely poor service no matter how busy a fast food joint is, the worker could have given the courtesy of telling the customer they were busy if that was the case (this didn’t happen). Then we finally placed our small order, was treated very poorly by the person who took our order in the drive thru, waited exactly 11 minutes according to the drive thrus timer and we asked asked what was going on because we now have waited over half an hour in a drive thru. And they told us we were lying and did not take as long as we claimed because their timer from the time the order we placed was only 11 minutes. They had no apologies or anything for the inconvenience . A fast food place is meant to be quick not take as long as a sit down meal. I used to love going to this Harvey’s location simply because they had the best poutines and now I’m tempted to not return as a continuous customer. We ended up cancelling our order, bad service shouldn’t get the business.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered $70 worth of food off skip the dish, my food showed up only to find my burger bun is so soggy it was mush against the chicken and I paid for bacon. I got 3 crumbles of bacon. Not even full pieces. I can deal with the bacon but the bun was so dang soggy I age the chicken without it.
