I love Lily Thai when they were in Brampton Mount Pleasant area.

Went back to Georgetown location for pickup. I am glad food still tastes the same. Price have gone up significantly which was a bummer unfortunately

I've given Lily Thai a second try, hoping for an improved experience, but unfortunately, I was left underwhelmed once again. On this visit, I opted for the pho Tom Yum described on the menu as having a rich broth. What arrived was a standard broth with a bit of spice added, failing to deliver on the promised depth of flavor. The restaurant itself has an upscale ambiance, with a decor that suggests a high-end Thai dining experience. However, the food doesn't live up to these expectations. While the presentation is elegant, the dishes lack the inspiring and authentic flavors I look for in Thai cuisine. Sadly, Lily Thai's offerings are far from memorable, making it unlikely that I'll be returning for a third visit.

We have gone to lily thai many times but last night we did take out and it cost $77 for noodles with 3 pieces of tofu, carrots and broccoli and pineapple rice...bill was $77. Way over priced for what you get. Disappointing as their food is really good.

Excellent Thai food with authentic spice levels!
We dined here on Saturday, June 14th, and had a fantastic experience. Our group ordered the gold curry, squid salad, Chiang Mai noodles, and I had the Pad See Ew extra spicy with tofu.
What impressed us most:

Generous portions at fair prices
Authentic spice levels - when you ask for spicy, they actually deliver! Unlike many Thai restaurants that tone down the heat, Lilly Thai keeps it real
Excellent customer service - they were incredibly helpful over the phone when we requested no onions in the squid salad

The food was delicious and satisfying. I'm already planning my next visit - just thinking about the meal makes me hungry again! Highly recommend for anyone wanting genuine Thai flavors with proper spice levels.
Would definitely return and recommend to others looking for authentic Thai cuisine.RetryClaude can make mistakes. Please double-check responses.

Service and atmosphere is 5 stars. Couldn’t search a nice location as this one! Nice heritage home converted into a restaurant!

To be honest food is average, being a foodie and tired multiple places for mango salad and pad Thai this place is not the one. The green curry was nice but pad Thai was very saucy and had more a pungent tomato flavour to it. I would certainly come back for the location but wouldn’t explore the menu except the green Thai curry and jasmine rice.

Just had dinner and found two massive brown hairs in my food. I understand mistakes happen and they made us two new dishes right away but then only gave us $20 off a $100 bill. It completely ruined my meal and felt sick to my stomach so could no longer eat there. Sorry but I just don’t think they cared that much that it happened and you’ve now lost us as customers.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews but I ordered from Lilly Thai last night and it was honestly not good at all. I only ordered from here because my usual Georgetown Thai is closed until it reopens at its new location. I was so disappointed. Everything tasted watered down and it was extremely expensive for what arrived. One of my items was missing and the order itself was wrong. The green curry was watery? The pad Thai had a weird brown sauce on it that tasted like ketchup. I’m so sorry but I won’t order here again. I feel like I ate here years ago and it wasn’t that bad… Will wait until Georgetown Thai opens up again to order Thai food.

We Uber eats 2 soups - Tom yum and coconut and it was the saddest soup I’ve ever received. Each soup was $13 each and I got charged for extra chilies on the side. The soup barely included any vegetables or items that it stated it had, and each one had like 3 pieces of very thin chicken. See the image for yourself. It was mostly water.
