Ordered pick up 13 pc bucket that comes with large gravy, large coleslaw and wedges and I gotta say I’m impressed! First time trying out a Mary browns and all I can say is I wish I tried it sooner! The chick pieces are noticeably bigger than the competition, they offer a spicy batter that is delicious, the wedges are crispy, and the proportions of gravy and coleslaw you get is also superior! Oh yeah the coleslaw is good too! You won’t see me crossing the street to the other side ever again, I’m sold on Mary browns!

I ordered 6 wings and did not receive 1 wing flat, all drum stick. I DID NOT ORDER 6 drumsticks after the 3rd piece I noticed and I’m like wtf. I’m never ordering from here again.

Twice now they messed up my order. First time i asked gor 3 pieces of spicy on a 13pc meal and they gave me none. Second time i paid for 6 biscuits and they did not put it in my bag. I will be going there next time to see the manager.

I have been a regular here since moving to Georgetown a few years back, usually i go cause its the best chicken option in town but its been dull. Recently a gentleman has started here who carries an energy that lights the store up. I never for his name but you’ll know who im talking about, hes always at the front cash and has a beard. He wears a hat and vest and greets everyone with kindness . he has definitely brought good experiences to the store as of late. Keep it up and please give him the recognition he deserves.

Today I visited this store to pick up the order. The guy who takes the orders and serves the order was so rude while giving the courier delivery. He just literally threw the bags on the table waiting for me to pick up the order. The customer service is third class and the guy if you don't want to work then sit home.

Sun Nov 10 530 pm i have been to this establishment a hand full of times food and service had been always good tonight they must have hired kids to make the food chicken sandwich luke warm I even question if it was even cooked didn't taste right returned it and yes offered to redo i wanted money back but they refused so I didn't trust the food so I declined ate my taters and left Best pray I don't get anything from your food Most likely will not return once bitten twice shy maybe the people cooking shouldn't be cooking 🤔

I have been here for the wings many times In the past couple weeks and I will not be returning because I was givin microwaved wings which means they are a day old or older, No thanks I will not be back the food should be cooked fresh every single day. Why would I want reheated wings in the microwave ridiculous!!!

Food was good. My husband ordered no pickles, he got 4 in his burger. All tables looked dirty when I got there. When I sat down they cleaned the one I was at.. but when I left I noticed I had grease all over my leg from the bench (benches didn’t look visibly clean either when I sat down). So I only noticed my leg was covered in grease after sitting down on the leather seat in my car.
I think more attention to detail is needed. 3 star because they were friendly my belly is full.
