Just ordered through Uber and missing items. How hard is it to get an order right? Uber is no help. They offer an uber credit that never appears and less than the cost of the item. Restaurants need to ensure they fulfill orders correctly, otherwise why order

Ordered the 4-piece chicken and fries combo on Sunday, December 7th at approximately 2:20 PM. Instead of fries, I was given potato wedges. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff took back the wedges I had already touched and placed them aside to reuse for another customer’s order. This is a serious food-safety violation and completely unhygienic. Unfortunately, this is the third negative experience I’ve had at this location in a short period

Great chicken prepared perfectly. The counter staff however, need to completely understand and comprehend the English language. I'll still return but hopefully NOT to the same staff member that took my order 4 times before finally getting it right.

I never really thought about trying Mary Brown’s because I was so used to other places, but since I work across the building, I had no choice but to give it a try and I’m glad I did! The food was really good, fresh, and tasty. Definitely a pleasant surprise. I’ll be going back for sure!

I visited today inside Georgetown Ontario branch to order promotional $1.93 sandwich J big mary around 5pm ish and it is out of stock thats what they told me, there was no line up and 2 people sitting inside, went out and came back in drive-thru 10 minutes later ordered regular J big mary combo and guess what they have it now if you buy regular price combo it is available, good one will never comeback to this branch again

The door and this page states that this establishment is open until midnight yet I am looking directly at the associate behind the counter who will not open the door or answer the drive through comm.
He is blatantly ignoring me so he doesn't have to work.

You’d think it’s just another restaurant, but nestled in the heart of Georgetown is a hidden gem where both the food and service are offered with genuine care and respect. The same food tastes different..much much better.
Highly recommend this place — not only for the great food but also for the warmth and kindness of the staff. They truly make you feel like family the moment you walk in!
Great place to go to if you have 45 minutes to wait in the drive-thru. Smh. I even pre-ordered.

Wherever I go here in ONTARIO, I must Say, that employees are really friendly and helpful. Which is a must for me. Also very clean and well maintained. Being from Newfoundland myself, Im very PROUD to introduce new customers to experience the BEST TASTING CHICKEN and Taters in Canada , imo. 🙂👌🍗 The Portions are HUGE compared to KFC and other chicken places in the area. When its fresh and hot, there is no better. The CHUNKY TATERS are seasoned to perfection and the gravy is a perfect compliment for dipping. The Coleslaw is not my favorite,I prefer the green one, however it's still darn delicious 🤗 The BIG MARY MONDAY value is great. That burger is really good and filling. I love it as well when they have promotions such as the BATTERS BOX SPECIAL. GREAT DEAL!! I hope that they can implement the same idea for HOCKEY in the winter months, perhaps call it the PENALTY BOX! 😁👌🍗 My only small complaint is the cost of the Coleslaw. A medium these days is the same size as what I remember being a small. The cost of $5.60 for such a small portion to me, is double the price of what it should be. The washrooms are really well kept as well. OVERALL I GIVE ANY & ALL MARY BROWNS A 5 STAR REVIEW. 👌👏👏Well Done Mary Browns! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is only chicken people the price your charging you think you were serving surf and turf filet mignon and lobster take a look at the price that you're charging for chicken and potatoes two cheap products you guys are out to lunch was in the other day was not impressed with the quality or the amount chicken really small for the price you're charging or rip off
