I have always come to this location but this past weekend was the most disgusting thing I have seen. The girl didn't say one word as we walked in. She was coughing in open air and then on her hands, no mask, no gloves. She then proceeded to go to the back where I assumed she was going to wash her hands. I had clear view of her. She grabbed a napkin and came to the front and blew her nose. She didn't wash her hands and then stood at the counter to serve my daughter and myself. Sooo disgusting. I looked at my daughter and said absolutely not. We left the store and drove into Brampton pita pit. The staff in Georgetown has changed and not for the better.

Really bad experience. The black bean were too dry and hard to chew the girl didn’t grill them properly. Totally a waste of money rather they were focused on their chitchat. Will never go back again

Love Pita pit, but this current location needs to train their employees, zero acknowledgement when I walked in , the girls are wearing pajamas. The absolute most minimalistic effort with zero customer service. Putting the tip option on the machine before you even get service to then after getting no service shouldn't even be an option. Great pita place but this gives the franchise a bad look

We loved coming here , however lately it become not so great . Our last order was pretty disappointing with amount of lettuce in our wraps . I do understand that price on food is up but for $15 I would expect much more
My wife and I used to frequent this place but we have had our last meal there. It has slowly become worse. The amount of protein put into a $15 wrap is shameful. I ordered a brisket wrap and my wife got chicken souvlaki. For the vast majority of the meal we both felt like we were eating veggie wraps. The protein should stand out in the meal and there wasn't a singular bite where we could say that. The server was very kind but the meal was hugely disappointing.
