Ordered special recipe 2 large pizza on Sunday , add special request on both pizza that has only 1 side onions on pizza and 2nd no onions, well done . We received both pizza with onions only 3 slices without onions , not at all well done and cold , not sure when they baked and get ready as well I reached on location in 15 - 20 minutes as they given time . Always ordered pizza from this location never seen this worst service before . My guest couldn’t eat pizza because of onions!

Tried Swan pizza for the first time. It looks and presents well out of the box but... The sauce has a very unusual flavour. Even after a couple slices I couldn't digest eating any more. The toppings are good, including the cheese, but the sauce has a sweaty sock scent. Also leaves a bad after taste and had to brush my teeth to get the nasty out of my mouth. Sorry to all the Indians in Georgetown, but not everyone enjoys this sort of weird sauce flavour. Oh yeah another thing, my husband found a black hair in the box under a slice about 1.5 inch long. I know that's not his hair cause his hair is very long. I'm not gonna give Swan 1 star because they seem to be nice people, except the sauce tastes nasty, that's it.

Had a great experience here, We arrived just as the store was about to close, but Bhoomi went out of her way to help us. She prepared our order—half Tandoori Chicken and half Paneer Tikka pizza—even though it was past closing time. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Really appreciate the excellent customer service and dedication. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
Guy with the glasses need to have some smile on his face and needs to taught how to greet and talk to a customer whenever they come to get their order , didn’t even greet when i entered the store and left

Food is fantastic. I strongly recommend getting the roasted potato wedges as a topping. But the phone orders don't get prioritized at all. We've ordered 3 times but all of those times they started making the pizza after we went in.
