We wanted to enjoy a nice afternoon drink, so we went there with our family and ordered some holiday drinks, one latte and a sugar cookie hot chocolate. I was excited to see their flavor shots, but unfortunately the drinks were disappointing. Both drinks tasted like they were made in a rush, overly sweet, and had a strange, almost chemical-like flavor.
When we asked the barista for help, she seemed rushed and didn’t make much of an effort to address the issue. We ended up throwing the drinks away and leaving the store. We won’t be going back. They were not busy but store was dirty.
There are many other coffee shops in Georgetown where the staff is friendly, welcoming, and willing to accommodate your preferences. Unfortunately, at this shop, we didn’t feel welcomed at all.

this coffee house is a very peaceful environment, with amazing service, kind and caring staff, and phenomenal food and drinks variety. personally love the BLT’s they serve, plus mango passionfruit redbull soda. Silver creek has perfectly placed scenery, which is so comfortable to work, study or just hangout at. thank all the staff for being full of manors and treating everyone with kindness.

Super cozy place, the barista Evelyn was a lovely well mannered person and I enjoyed everything about my experience here! Very welcoming atmosphere and the owners giving high school students a chance to work is great for the future generation! 10/10!

Very nice and warm space to hang out and drink your hot bean juice in. Good variety of chairs and couches, lots to look at, and WiFi for all you writers out there.
Though i never got to try the Pumpkin Spice White Mocha Shaky-Shakey because that menu is running out of season, the Spiced Brown Sugar Hot Chocolate was REALLY nice.
Very friendly staff, chill music. If you're in Georgetown, you can't go wrong here.

The tables are not clean in a timely manner. The front windows areas still have food bits on the floor. The air flow is poor in the summer. The washroom needs a retrofit asap. The staff seemed stressed. The interior is dated and needs a fresh coat of something. It seems more like a teenage hang out. Time for the owner to gut it out and start over. The coffee and food is good which is the only thing this place has.

In general the quality of the drinks is a hit and miss, not all the baristas have the same skill and experience i guess which is unfortunate. The customer service is one Star for sure. I occasionally get a nice person, usually the early morning staff. However all other times I’ve had baristas and cashier that barely smile, look or say anything other than what’s absolutely necessary. Like robots. And when they make a mistake, there’s no apology and just excuses with an attitude or irritation, making the customer feel like they’ve done something wrong. Please hire people who know how to just be, in general, friendly, serviceable and with proper experience in customer service. Or maybe they’re not treated well enough to be pleasant at their job. Either way, customer service needs improvements.

I used to go to this place 4-5 years ago when they were on the corner and it was really nice! Clean and food was good- not too expensive. Decided to go recently and I was shocked. It was quite dirty , filled with flies everywhere. The back counter where they prepare food and drinks was a mess covered in chips and spilled drinks…I was really disappointed to say that least, I didn’t feel comfortable eating or drinking anything from here due to the cleanliness of the place now.

Really good coffee and food, but they took way too long to make everyone's orders. It really wasn't that busy and I ordered a iced pumpkin spiced latte and a croissant with turkey and cheese and I waited 25 minutes, meanwhile there were workers standing around and barely helping. That said, once I got it and sat down, I enjoyed the quality of the meal.

I really wanted to enjoy this cafe but I couldn't. There's nothing special about the coffee, just standard, no flair. It was very hot inside, doors were opened wide. I did enjoy the ambiance, the staff were kind, and the wifi was very stable but what ruined my experience were the flies were constantly hovering through and eating the leftover food on the dirty table next to me. This cafe has a lot of potential but hard to like.

Food is always great here & workers are friendly, good coffee too! However, almost every time I come tables and chairs are dirty with crumbs, and food takes unnecessarily long to make. That’s a bit annoying but still recommend for the taste & quality of the coffee!

Me and my fiance go every weekend and we love the staff! and absolutely love the coffee and iced hot chocolate!! The food is also amazing and always taste fresh. Definitely recommend to everyone
