I have consistently had poor experiences with this Starbucks location. Almost every time I order from this branch, my order is incomplete, and I don't receive everything I paid for. This has happened 3–4 times, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, nothing has changed.
On at least 2–3 occasions, I paid extra for cold foam, but it was missing from my drink. I order the exact same beverage from other Starbucks locations and have never experienced this problem.

Great experience, trainee barista girl was very cooperative and help me to get my drinks, last working day before Christmas and was very busy at this location
