Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy location that is tiny and always packed, with no real spot to chill or a place to put an order down. The kitchen area is huge compared to the customer space, and the store is especially full of strollers and families. However, the service is a highlight. One barista named Kathrine is amazing, as she slowly and kindly walked a customer through the menu. Another barista spoke Portuguese and helped a customer with a drink and a card issue. Naithan prepared tea with exceptional skills and made the coffee perfect with great taste and quality. Another gentleman had a positive attitude and energy that went beyond great service. Despite a disappointing experience with the Holiday Collection, the District Manager, Sara, handled the situation very professionally and provided a fair resolution.
