Much like a lot of the other Starbucks locations that are located in malls, this one is always slammed. You are able to place mobile orders here so I'd highly recommend doing this as the line is long - I've seen it out the door in summer! I was happy with the options they had here. They had nitro brew available which not all stores have. The service was good too. The barista that was reviewing orders actually picked up that I had an odd request on the app and made a point to confirm in person whether that is what I wanted. I ordered a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew and must have mistakenly removed caramel syrup. She let me know that the only caramel flavour in the drink is from the cream and not actual pumps of syrup so it seemed like a strange request since the defining feature of the drink is the caramel cream lol.My mobile order came with an estimated time that my drink would be ready and it was fairly accurate within a couple of minutes. Pretty happy with my beverage!
