I don't often write reviews, let alone one this horrible but this situation warranted it. I ordered the seafood fettuccini which was horrible. The shrimps and scallops were rock hard and had absolutely no flavour. The mussels didn't come in it. I ordered a caesar salad and it was completely rusty coloured, it had clearly been cut up over a week ago and left to sit in the fridge. The garlic bread came with balsamic vinegar poured all over it. I spent $73 dollars for a meal that when I got home was disgusting. I literally threw it in the garbage and did not eat it. I called the restaurant to complain about the meal I had purchased and the person on the phone said "we will consider your comments and hung up the phone". This all took place on a Thursday early evening when they were not busy at all. I would not give this restaurant any stars but I had to click on one star to enable me to post this. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!

Came here with my boyfriend for the first time tonight for a much needed date night. We couldn't have picked a better place! We are new to Georgetown and this is by far the best restaurant we have been to so far. Not only was the food delicious and priced fairly, but the service was outstanding and I can't wait to go back again for another date night. Thanks Cass for your friendly service! And many compliments to the chef.

We gave it a chance when that spot was named something else and weren't impressed. We gave it another shot last week and now are positive we wont be returning.I had the house pasta where the "cream sauce" was more like a soup. The over priced "garlic bread" was the same thin sliced baguette we had brought to us with butter when we sat down.Waiter seemed inexperienced. We sat with empty dishes in front of us for half hour while he was behind the desk on his phone and giving attention to skip the dishes or doordash tablet so we just asked for bill and left.

A very beautiful, cozy restaurant. They complied with our dietary/allergen needs. We had bruschetta, pizza and eggplant pasta. Complimentary bread was so delicious ?. I would come back for sure. The whole vibe was so nice and warm. Coffee was too good.

Went here for my 1 year anniversary with my wife. We got a soup of the day, calamari and both got a beef tenderloin. We loved our appetizers and will be back for more. The beef tenderloin was good, not exactly what I was expecting but still good. We will be coming back!

Food is decent but really overpriced for what it is. That being said, the service is very good and they have a great atmosphere. We had the house spaghetti which was charged at $31. It's quite a lot of money for a cream sauce spaghetti with a little bit of bacon and a few chunks of chicken. We also got the garlic bread with cheese. Again, pretty decent, but $15 for 4 side slices of baguette with cheese seems excessive. The side salad (un-pictured, sorry) was charged at $14 for a handful (literally) of spring mix with 4 grape tomatoes and some cucumber slices. It was a true 'side' salad but charged at mains prices. If you have plenty of money perhaps go treat yourself. My opinion is that overcharging for nice, but 'nothing spectacular' food is a bit cheeky. We're all for supporting local businesses (hence why we went) but will choose some other options in town moving forward that offer good food at slightly more reasonable prices.

A nice little cozy and intimate restaurant. We went for an anniversary dinner last night and all of us enjoyed our meals. We had brushcetta for starters and our mains were penna alla vodka, seafood fettuccine, eggplant parmesan and house spaghetti. We really enjoyed our food and atmosphere. The new restaurant is the perfect place for small parties or dinner with friends/family. Raed was amazing: patient and accommodating. We'll be back for sure!

The food was good but the service was lacking. We phoned ahead to book a reservation and confirmed a table would be available. Upon arrival, we waited 5 minutes to be greeted. The hostess/waitress did not seem happy to be there or to see us. She started leading us inside, then said "actually we're full." Confused, we reiterated we made a reservation and we spoke to her on the phone. She said "Yeah I know, I spoke to you but we're full." We pointed to an empty table, and how they don't close for another hour and a half, and asked again why things have suddenly changed from when we spoke on the phone, then she said "Actually, it's fine, come in." By this point, we're not feeling welcome and are uncomfortable, but we gave it another chance and followed her in.We waited 30 minutes for her to take our drink orders without any water at the table, despite walking by us several times she did not check on us at all. I was beginning to think she was waiting for the restaurant to close so we wouldn't be able to order. By this time, we already had our appetizers and mains picked out so we ordered. She brought us some mini crispy baguettes but I was really surprised it came with packaged butter for being a mid to higher priced restaurant in Georgetown. I would've expected an in-house made honey butter or garlic butter. Our appetizer came out and only about 1-2 minutes later our main courses came out. The appetizer was great; lamb lollipops. The Bridgewood chicken was also great; the Beef tenderloin was okay.I noticed other tables were having issues too with incorrect orders/meals coming out, waiting for the bill, asking for water more than once, etc. It's really strange, considering there are only about 4-5 tables and should be manageable to maintain good service. We came to celebrate together, but ended up feeling like we were imposing/inconveniencing the staff at a place we spent almost $200 to eat. Not worth it.

I’m disappointed to leave a poor review as I know the restaurant industry has been hard hit by COVID. Our family wanted to support a small restaurant and dine in for Mother’s Day.We were very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food – it has deteriorated since our last visit in early 2020.I don’t say this to be mean, but the waitress appeared to have no experience serving tables. She was very young, dressed in jeans and sneakers, which added to the overall air of unprofessionalism – it seemed like someone brought their child to work instead of hiring staff. She didn’t bring water, handed us our meals at forehead level instead of placing them on the table, didn’t offer coffee and dessert before bringing the bill, said they couldn’t serve 9oz glasses of wine because they only had one bottle of red, and was not able to answer questions about the sides which came with the different dishes. One person in our group had to ask three times for the garlic bread and Caesar salad which were supposed to accompany his meal. Other tables also appeared to be experiencing mix-ups and inconveniences. This would have been possible to overlook if the food had been outstanding. The cuisine is advertised as authentic Italian, but it is not; the pasta does not taste homemade, Caesar salad did not have real grated Parmesan cheese or bacon, the beef tenderloin appeared to be a different cut and was covered in a thick gravy, and the chicken supreme was a breast cut in half with some type of melted cheese on top. This was not a cheap meal; entrées ranged from $30-$45, which brings an expectation of good service and quality. I hope this feedback helps them to correct some of these major issues.

We ordered Salmon with veggies and risotto, the salmon was OK but there was no risotto in the take out order. Instead there was a double amount of veggies that were previously frozen and overcooked. Limp overcooked carrots, one brussel spout and two small potatoes with some pepper strips. I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered. I ordered chicken parmesan with penne and asked for fettucini instead. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the fettucinni sauce was weak and lacked butter or cream or cheese or garlic, something was missing as it tasted like milk and flour. I used to order take out from the previous owner and felt guilty about only tipping 25% as the food was so wonderful. Georgetown needs a good restaurant, I hope you can take the time to improve the quality of your food. We missed the lovely lemon cookies always included in the take out order.

Had chicken parmigiana, was uneditable. It was so dry that I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife. French onion soup was very salty. We also had the Canadian pizza., would not order again. The pasta was good and bruschetta was excellent My first time ordering here and would not order again.

Please order fettuccine alfredo. It's one of the best pasta I've ever had in my life. Also the chef is super sweet and very welcoming. Also the lava cake at the end was absolute pleasure. This is a must comeback restaurant!!

We had a fantastic meal last night at the Bridgewood last night- very comparable to restaurants that we frequent in midtown Toronto. I'd gladly go back the next time that we are in Georgetown. My only suggestion is that perhaps they can get a better selection of wines (more expensive).

What a wonderful experience! We just had two beautifully prepared entrees by the new owner and Executive chef. Stay tuned as the menu is undergoing an update, but rest assured if tonight was any indication, the new offerings will be fresh, quality, and made from scratch. This is exactly what Georgetown needs more of.

We previously enjoyed this fine dining Italian Restaurant many times and then there was a change in ownership. We were craving some good pasta and we’re completely disappointed. We placed our order online for a pre determined pickup time. The online ordering system was very specific which we appreciated that drilled down to the temperature rating of the food. My partner had ordered a $40 entree of Lamb and selected medium rare with a side of pasta. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. The lamp was well done and inedible and the side was wrong giving potatoes and veg when we asked for the penne. My fettuccine was unlike I have ever experienced. Normally a fettuccine has a creamy sauce. This was like water. Don’t waste your hard earned money. The owner kept making excuses when it was brought to his attention. What they advertise and what they deliver are two very different experiences. And it’s not cheap so there is a certain expectation. Just good food and what we ordered.
