Finally, a Tim Hortons that prioritizes its in-restaurant customers, not just drive-through patrons! The ladies working the counter were remarkably efficient and fast. The store and bathrooms were immaculate. This location could serve as a model for Milton stores
This restaurant has really gone downhill since it's been sold. Staff doesn't understand when you're at the drive-thru. For example, today I ordered a sausage and egg on a McMuffin and I got charged for a double decker. I don't even know what that is. Because of this my total was supposed to be $7 plus tax and they were asking me for almost $12.
Last 4 visits to this Tims has been a disaster. I don’t know if it is new staff or it’s extremely busy, but this place never shows you what you are ordering on a screen in the drive theu. Then when you go the window, they are asking you to repeat what you want. It’s like there is manipulation of efficiency exercises, and they still get it wrong. It’s a gong show. Avoid this place unless you are desperate
