I visit Ottawa often and love to try random pubs, especially ones that provide live music. While waiting to order dinner, we placed a drink order and our server was preparing them efficiently when the manager Shannon very loudly started criticizing her to and berated her for minuscule things. It was uncalled for and unnecessary to make such a scene including customers. Shannon was rude to everyone with an attitude that was not customer, staff friendly or positive. Great food and drink and friendly server/tar bender.
