Manager has no clue how to run the store, there's a new girl a front cash working the last couple days and it's a s*** show she takes 13 plus orders and everyone is on one end waiting 15 20 mins for a drink and or food just ridiculous don't put someone that just started working there on store front she gets everything wrong and doesn't know how to take orders properly!also coffee is watered down and disgusting.
The staff are always wonderful, even though they clearly need another body to help speed things up. Or they need to get the ordering machines in, because it gets so busy and they only ever have 1 cash open. But as I said, staff are great, they deserve raises or something for all the crappy teens they have to deal with.
I had a server named ramed he was very kind and I got served super fast in time for school :))
