The staff was extremely efficient. She was warm and friendly. checked on us several times to ensure that we had everything we needed. the food was delicious. Even Sparrow, the manager came by to see how we were doing.
Total crap! No utensils for takeout! Hard to eat rice with your hands…nothing on the burgers dry as a dust.
Extremely disappointed with the staff.
I understand the importance of QR codes,
(and believe me we’ve tried to get it, however it keeps coming up technical errror)
But when a staff member tells you it’ll be fine, and you drive an hour to be told by the manager to go somewhere else because he won’t accept a piece of paper.
Yes I’m a little upset…
