Come 1-2 times a week in the morning around 8:20. I’m most of the time greeted in the drive thru by Patrick. Always greets me politely, goes fast and always deals with my dumb orders. Very respectful and customer service is 11/10. However I’m putting 4 stars because on rare occasions I get this one girl, not sure her name but she always starts with “are you collecting rewards” but she sounds like she hates her life. I don’t mean to be disrespectful but it really just seems like she doesn’t want to be there and her customer service is not great.

Specifically at night time service, worker called Sabrina does an amazing job. Idk how but she keeps her customer service voice no matter when I come and is efficient considering it’s night time

Nothing to complaint, normal level McDonald flavor, and happy staff. There’s one thing that made me happy is that my chicken nuggets and fries are fresh, they are still hot when I get them.

Very unusual experience in the drive thru, especially for McDonalds. I pulled up to the order station on the right. I waited there for a while as 4 cars were able to order and pull forward using the left order station. I finally pulled forward without ordering and went to the first window. There were two girls there clearly goofing around. I tried to explain the situation but one girl kept trying to confirm I ordered a Big Mac combo and tried to get me to pay for it. She clearly wasn't listening and just following the script. I had to tell her three times what the problem was before she finally understood. Taking my order was another headache. The other girl was bouncing around, hugging the order taker, laughing and joking. The order taker was only half paying attention and I had to repeat my order multiple times to finally get it right. I'm 52 and that was the most painful ordering experience at a McDonalds that I've ever experienced. I paid and pulled up to the second window where my experience completely changed. The guy working the second window was friendly and professional. I had to pull up to wait for my food and the guy that brought it out was also friendly and professional. Despite the improved experience on the back half of the drive thru, I won't be visiting McDonalds for a while because the lack of management and professionalism in the front end makes me concerned about how well food protocols are being followed inside the restaurant.

I just bought a large fry and I noticed one looks like either a piece of fluff or a spider has been deep-fried into it. Absolutely disgusting not to mention they tasted really old and because I have a sensitive gut it caused immense pain, leading me to believe nobody has cleaned anything for a while. My camera quality is crap, but I will make sure to go back into the restaurant itself and complain
The restaurant was very clean, staff was courteous but the food was terrible, cold and my mods were ignored :/

I am editing this review after visiting this location in the past year two times. 5 years ago I left a one-star rating, today I am changing that. The potholes have been addressed in. The staff are super friendly, and when you dine in the food is fresh. Unlike other locations, you do not hear the commotion of the drive-thru and the service seems to be pretty stellar because they are well staffed. Every time I've come in here, it is relatively clean and usually has a good atmosphere and abundance of people both dining in and doing takeout all well-being service through a full drive-thru. I could definitely see myself getting some work done here, or even sharing a meal with a loved one in a pinch for time.

Sloppy service. They got my order incorrectly, and when i asked for the missing sauce, the supervisor or manager just throw it in the bag as if there's no food in there. And also, the fries is only half full.
