Junior Chicken had a weird aftertaste so I didn’t eat it. Iced coffee and rest of the order were fine.

Where do I start?!
1. They NEVER make my food correctly. Any time I pay for extra.. ANYTHING, they just refuse to add it to my order.
2. I watch them make my coffee. Never once have I seen them stir it. This time the lady just refused to put sugar because she doesn’t want to refill the sugar dispenser. They also have a habit of making my coffee and leaving it out while they spend what feels like years making my food.
3. On average I’m waiting 10-15 minutes for my food.
4. The one supervisor ( Asian lady) has no manners. Speaks to her employees poorly. Doesn’t know how to make a coffee because she just doesn’t care, it’s very obvious.
I understand this is fast food, but cmon. I’ve worked at 3 different McDonald’s across Canada. I’d never treat a customer like this

There was an employee who was very rude. I asked for large fries and even paid extra for it but she gave me small when I told her she didn’t even give me large she poured the small into the large packaging. Every time I go she’s always rude.
