We had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. We were unexpectedly and unfairly kicked out for no reason. The staff was rude and gave no explanation, leaving us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. This is not how customers should be treated. Will not be coming back.

God bless the worker. She politely apologized for the long wait at the ordering counter at the drive through. She also informed me of the limited menu due to her being the ONLY worker scheduled for the overnight. She was polite, honest and upbeat during our conversation. Shame on management for not staffing appropriately and having only one person work. To the employee who’s working there during the time of this review; we appreciate you and your actions have not gone unnoticed.

The well oiled machine worked as it should in our food was what it should have been.
Clean store, plenty of parking and no real interaction with anyone working there other than saying "yes" when my number was called.
Amazing service, for a McDonald’s I was in awe, certainly with the location; it’s like a hidden little gem. Considering the four in the suburbs (Orleans) are absolutely horrible, this is refreshing as I was about to stop going to McDonald’s all together and just pay more to get my coffee from Tim Hortons. Michelle, whom I spoke with over the phone, was also amazing and should be what every manager, supervisor and(or) employee should strive for. I’ve seen some district, general and assistant managers have no manners and blame the customer for their mishaps and mess-ups. It’s time McDonald’s starts cleaning up and stop hiring just to be diverse, people shouldn’t be hired by the colour of their skin as this doesn’t bring more people but actually angers most.
