Worst food poisoning of my life. Why is it only in Canada they don’t cook the meat before putting it in the sandwhich like every other subway in any other country. You cannot put chicken that’s been out all day in the bread toaster so it’s like warm and expect to not poison people. Basic food standards. You guys truly have no idea

Very rude employees, I went in to ask for help about something on the app and he didn’t seem to care at all. And the sandwich was poorly made and he was being really stingy with the ingredients, I ordered a foot long and i said extra pickles and he put like 5 pickles in there. Worst subway ever.

I came in at 4:43 AM and sangmeet or sangeet was the best sandwich builder ever. He handled my food with care I was really nice, even though it’s almost 5 AM in the morning. I’ll be comming back for his service

The worst Subway I have been to. Simply put, poor customer service, terrible etiquette, Sub was just just thrown together. What I was given was the furthest thing away from a sub. This thing look like it had been put through 3 rounds with Tyson before being bagged 🤦. I could maybe understand if I had went during a lunch or dinner rush but I didn't. Their was no one else in the store. Never again.
Worst customer service ever had . I had to be there couple of times at night because it’s 24 hours. I can’t tell about day time but night time employees are rude every single time and don’t know what they are doing. They don’t even grill the sub saying he cleaned and don’t want to make it bad again

Went in after work with my wife for dinner to bring home; after being rudely told that a sandwich was discontinued, then proceeded to be told that the bread i asked and annunciated with was the wrong one not once but twice with attitude and being talked down to not just in front of my wife but also a family of three sitting there was disrespectful and disgusting customer service. It would of been fine if it wasn’t for the fact she had the audacity to call me a liar to my face when i know what i said and ordered when i have been ordering the same type of bread for 15 years. Never coming back here again if this is the business practices that your company teaches new hires.

Very poor service. Unhappy employees who are rude and don’t know/ understand what you want on the sandwich even though it’s off their menu. Have gone here twice and both experiences were poor. Would rather spend my gas money and drive an extra 10 minutes somewhere else for a better sandwich
