Amazing service! Staff were excellent and so was the food. Fantastic choice for a night out! If you plan on going there I'd definitely recommend the chocolate mousse.

Haven't been back since the lady shamed us for ordering more - literally only ate dumplings, and when we ordered a third round for the table, an older Asian lady came over and asked if we were sure we wanted a full order. Good food though.

Honestly not good sushi, we came for my birthday and wanted to try a new place but really it wasn’t good. Bland, cold and unpleasant :( the only reason I gave it more than one star was because the waitstaff (a girl) was nice enough to take back such the golden California rolls because they were extremely chewy. My fiancé tried to eat some because we didn’t want to get charged extra but I told her it’s not good at all and she took it back. The shrimp skewers I was excited about but both shrimp had the poop still in them it made me 🤢🤢 i did not eat them and spread it around my napkins because I didn’t wanna get charged extra. Ten Sushi is miles better than this place. Super disappointing and really wasn’t sure what to do because it’s all you can eat so it’s not like we can get our money back. It was also super expensive like over $40 per person

2025: This place is the best in town! Everything is delicious and they have amazing waitresses.
2024: They are back and serving consistently decent options. Sometimes my octopus balls are still being served cold which sucks a bit.
2023: Most of our dishes weren’t very hot besides my sake. This place was so much better a few years ago. Kind of disappointing when your paying a lot of money.
2021: Not so busy eat in today on Christmas Eve 😀(very busy for take out) We have been coming here for 10+ years and this is our go to sushi place.
Everything was so delicious again today. The food was so fresh and was brought to our table quickly. This is the best sushi place in Ottawa by far.

The staff has always been nice and accommodating any time I've been here. Adore their island roll, and spicy salmon and butterfish! My husband also could not get enough of any of their rolls with mangos! A new fav spot.

FYI ... an all-you-can-eat style asian restaurant. service is provided by a combination of robots and staff. you order on an ipad/tablet and the food usually appears in small portions about 5 minutes later. I've been twice, and both times, the food was uniformly good to very good. I'm not really an all-you-can-eat type of customer, but it is an interesting experience with the robots (watching them navigate around people and each other) and is a good opportunity to try some new things. Servers are prompt and polite. The only negative would be that it's a little overpriced unless you have a big appetite. Will return. Only 3-stars on atmosphere, as it's a little generic.
Kid-friendliness: kids would get a kick out of the robots for sure.

The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the robot delivery cats were cute and easy to use.
I have two complaints about this place. The first complaint is admittedly subjective, but a few of the special rolls are just WAY too big. Some folks prefer large rolls, but I like to be able to fit a piece of a sushi roll into my mouth in one bite and not risk suffocation. If you like huge rolls, you'll like the special rolls here.
My second complaint is that I was charged full Friday-Sunday weekend price on a Monday, because it was Remembrance Day. When I asked, "What exactly is the justification for that?" They told me "it's a holiday".
This completely undermines the spirit of the day. In Canada, and many other countries, Remembrance Day is meant to honor and remember those who have served and sacrificed in the military. Charging extra just because you can comes across as taking advantage of a very solemn occasion to make a extra couple bucks.
In my opinion, it's disrespectful to exploit a day of national significance for financial gain. Alot of places offer discounts on Remembrance Day in an effort to give back to the community, whereas as prioritizing profit over respect and commemoration damages a business' reputation. That is why I am leaving a 2 star review for what was otherwise a good experience.
Anyways, here's a picture of the "Love Roll", which was massive.
Vegetarian options: There are a tonne of good veggie options here.
Parking: Plenty of parking, there is a gigantic plaza nearby as well with parking.
