Had a great dinner at Sushi Kan with my wife while we were in town on our baby moon vacation. A good selection but we found a lot of it to be a little bland. Still a very good dinner though! Staff are awesome and the serving robot singing someone happy Birthday was hilariously awesome

I really loved this place, the food was delicious and we were really excited to see the robot cats!! We saw them and took photos. The noise was moderately high, as we expected (the place was almost full). It was still an overall excellent place to go, would go again.

Excellent place to enjoy sushi and fusion food. But when you order often quantity ordered is not what is served. Service is hit and miss no smile it is all mechanical. They also have a robot to serve you. Overall it is a good experience. I will update photos as they now have robots and ipad to order.

I travel the between Canada and other countries and stay in Ottawa at times. Currently I've been away from Ottawa for 2.5 years now and this place is so amazing that I want to return to Ottawa for no reason other than eat here again. That is it. This restaurant is hands down the best restaurant that I have ever been to in the entire world. The food is absolutely phenomenal. It is so good that im in Jordan right now reminiscing on the times I had the best meals of my life here and decided to drop by and leave a 5 star review. You deserve more than 5 stars. I miss you so much. Hope to see you soon.

OMG the food was awful! I can’t believe it. 40$ per person on a Wednesday evening and to be served truck stop level food! Even the rice was hard and breaking apart from the rolls. I also found their food to be oily, the tempura was very soft, and even their sesame balls barely had any red bean inside! I’ll stop here…..it’s crazy!
The service was good. The robot came a few times which might be cool for children to see, but not useful. Most dishes were brought by humans.
I am only 1 opinion. I’d encourage anyone to try it and see how they feel about it.
Fast friendly service. Lots of fish and non-fish items to suit everyone's tastes. Décor could be updated to make it look more modern. A bit on the pricy side -- $51 after tax and tip, and that's without any drinks. Btw, they don't provide green tea free of charge anymore.

Terrible service! What a shame to treat customers this way. In short, we sat down at 8:00 PM while the restaurant was supposed to close at 9:30 PM. At 8:40 PM, they had already started rushing us to leave. The waitress even took the tablet away. I went to ask her if they really close at 9:30 PM as stated on Google, and she confirmed they do — but since we were the only customers left, they felt entitled to push us out early.
Am I dreaming, or did they just want us to sit down, charge us $50 per person, and give us barely 40 minutes to eat? That’s unfair and disgusting behavior.
They’ve lost a customer forever.
