I agree with the last recent review, I work down the road and on Monday I was able to order a BLT while I was served by a female. The last two times I went it seems that the two males who work at night just don’t want to do anything… Apparently, they’re out of everything at 3 AM…
So now I have a question for the owner?? How come I’m able to be served on a Monday at 3 AM but the employee today said they don’t do anything at this time?
Like, why are you even open????
I will just stop coming here, Until the owner knows how to hire an employee who knows how to work, I’m not sorry for my comment That it reflects how other customers are feeling

Just went through the drive-through for a simple, I had to repeat my order four times.
I actually asked the guy to make me a simple wrap, Bacon, lettuce, and tomato as I actually get this many times during the week.
This evening he says exact words “I don’t want to”
That’s OK I don’t wanna go back there anymore.

I use to love Tim Hortons but since Covid, it’s become an Indian restaurant and what I loved about Tim Hortons is that it was Canadian made and served by Canadians. Call me racist if you want, I don’t care, I have Indian friends and they are very respectful and say the same thing about Tim Hortons. They continuously make errors even at the drive thru and the screen shows the right order but when I receive it, the staff can’t get it right. ID 10 T errors all day over there! I’m tired of it and so I’m no longer giving Tim Hortons my business until I hear it’s given back to Canadians and is no longer an Indian restaurant. If I wanted to go to an Indian restaurant, I would go to Palki Cuisine which I have been and it was great but Indians can’t do Tim Hortons. Get rid of them.
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! I ordered the Oreo Iced Capp and a side of potato wedges. The drink was cold, creamy, and had a nice Oreo crunch that made it extra fun to sip. The potato wedges were fresh and perfectly crispy with a tasty seasoning. The staff were polite and served everything quickly. Overall, a really satisfying visit—I’ll definitely be back soon!
