I use to love Tim Hortons but since Covid, it’s become an Indian restaurant and what I loved about Tim Hortons is that it was Canadian made and served by Canadians. Call me racist if you want, I don’t care, I have Indian friends and they are very respectful and say the same thing about Tim Hortons. They continuously make errors even at the drive thru and the screen shows the right order but when I receive it, the staff can’t get it right. ID 10 T errors all day over there! I’m tired of it and so I’m no longer giving Tim Hortons my business until I hear it’s given back to Canadians and is no longer an Indian restaurant. If I wanted to go to an Indian restaurant, I would go to Palki Cuisine which I have been and it was great but Indians can’t do Tim Hortons. Get rid of them.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! I ordered the Oreo Iced Capp and a side of potato wedges. The drink was cold, creamy, and had a nice Oreo crunch that made it extra fun to sip. The potato wedges were fresh and perfectly crispy with a tasty seasoning. The staff were polite and served everything quickly. Overall, a really satisfying visit—I’ll definitely be back soon!

Found a plastic bread bag clip in my breakfast sandwich. Manager just shrugged it off and offered me a new sandwich. LOL Amoebas are more useful than this Tim Horton's employees and management
Come here every morning and love the atmosphere, they always make my chai tea perfect and couldnt ask for better service considering this is a veey busy spot at moments!! Always clean and welcoming

They offer food options they don’t have and charge for it. Just to have the customer wait and then give a refund back with no replacement options or other offers for the inconvenience. There is another Tim Horton’s nearby with a better service, it’s better to go there.

I asked on the drive through to give me one shot expresso in my coffee the manger so rude he just write on the cup and give it to me without putting anything inside it. I will go back there today after work if he’s there im spit on him.
