Come here every morning and love the atmosphere, they always make my chai tea perfect and couldnt ask for better service considering this is a veey busy spot at moments!! Always clean and welcoming

They offer food options they don’t have and charge for it. Just to have the customer wait and then give a refund back with no replacement options or other offers for the inconvenience. There is another Tim Horton’s nearby with a better service, it’s better to go there.

I asked on the drive through to give me one shot expresso in my coffee the manger so rude he just write on the cup and give it to me without putting anything inside it. I will go back there today after work if he’s there im spit on him.
OK the service was just fine. Very friendly. Coffee also hit the spot The lighting here is atrocious, should be considered a safety risk. Hard enough just seeing the drive through entrance but it's pitch black and the store sign lights not on.

Really bad customer service, they don't listen to the customer orders right, I got something that I didn't order. They told me my money was fake and when I went to the bank it was a real bill. I don't know if this is because I am black but really disappointed.
