Their staff were rude to a group of work friend’s for one of our birthdays. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at that time. Very disappointing.
had my first burger there and it was great
My second time ordering and my second time being disappointed. Ordered for a p/u at a certain time, arrived 10 minutes early as my last order was cold when I picked it up. 1/2 rack of ribs, COLD. The website states, ORDER HOT & TASTY. Caesar Salad without the dressing, really!

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill offers above-average food for a Roadhouse-style restaurant. The chicken sandwich is cooked perfectly, and the flavors are awesome. The grilled chicken club is also excellent, with great food at a great price. However, the sweet potato fries are a bit underdone, and the texture of some fries seemed strange, as if they were reheated. The smokehouse burger was just okay, lacking enough cheese, mushrooms, and bacon. The nachos were decent and good overall. The service is great, with friendly servers who make everyone feel welcome like family. The atmosphere is standard for a Roadhouse, featuring a Harley Davidson in the entrance, which adds a nice touch. While the food and service are commendable, the place could use a good cleaning, as dust is noticeable on HVAC and speakers, and the floors under the benches need a wash. Overall, the restaurant provides a satisfying dining experience, with a highlight being the delicious carrot cake with caramel sauce.
