“Had the Curry Chicken for dinner tonight. It was full of flavor, perfectly prepared and a generous portion. The delicious beef patty’s are always a favorite too. I like the nice selection of Original Jamaican soft drinks available, I think the pineapple flavor is one of the best. We really like the mellow atmosphere , the variety of music to listen to while you wait for your food, and such nice service. Can’t wait to go back for another dish!🍍🍽🤗 Thank You Patty House for an amazing dinner.”

“I was a bit hesitant to give 123 a try after reading the reviews (had not ordered food from them in years, and had heard new ownership was not great as of 1-2 years ago). I’m so glad I decided to try it. The food was great with generous portions, service was friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. My order came to $95 and fed 4 adults; there’s still tons left over, easily enough for 1-2 more meals each. At Christmas I ordered the same number of dishes from another Chinese food place in town for a total of $124 and it only fed 4 adults 1 meal each.

I’m guessing ownership has changed since 1-2 years ago because the woman who was working at the counter was nothing but pleasant and provided good service. The orange chicken and Szechuan beef stood out as the highlights of the order - I highly recommend both. They also offer a discount if you pay cash. 123 will definitely be my go-to from now on for Chinese food in Cobourg!”
