“Overall, the experience was okay, but there were a couple of things that could definitely be improved.

One of the employees (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) came across as quite unfriendly. I understand that working in a busy location can be stressful, but we were polite and friendly throughout our visit. There was no need for the passive-aggressive attitude. If smiling isn't possible during a busy shift, at least maintaining a neutral and welcoming demeanor would make a big difference.

Also, the breakfast sandwiches were only lukewarm. I've had the same breakfast items at other Tim Hortons locations, and they're usually served much hotter and taste better because of it.

I understand that the staff may be under a lot of pressure, but customer service and food quality are still important. I hope these issues can be improved.“
