I’ve visited the Tim Hortons in Gravenhurst before and have never had an issue. However, today I ordered a hot latte and was given a cold one instead. When I mentioned it, the staff seemed annoyed. The latte was remade, but despite clearly requesting sugar-free vanilla syrup, regular vanilla syrup was added. Overall, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming.
Your younger employee Ash is incredible! I was in this morning, it was so busy, she was alone on the counter, the customers all were being picky and she could have easily been overwhelmed but she was so amazing! She is so kind and remained calm and is great at her job. Don't lose her!
