Severely understaffed. Just went in to wash my hands and grab a coffee and it was over 10 minutes to get out. Felt bad for the poor people running around behind the counter - two on drive-thru, one dude by himself making food and fancy drink and somehow trying to manage the front counter. He was brisk walking the entire time, did a great job given the circumstances.
