The staff where very kind and helpful. The counters were so filthy with a layer of dust, crumbs and hair. What looked to be human and dog hair. Also about 30 flies swooping over the staff while they served customers.
This is not the first time that we had to wait a VERY LONG TIME to be served. Many errors were made for customers before us which delayed service!Will probably not be stopping off at this Time Hortons on our way home from Huntsville.
