Good breakfast spot,plenty of food

May 5th at approximately 8:45 a.m. — I attended for breakfast and was seated, but unfortunately was not served. I waited for a period of time while an employee remained on their phone and did not attend to the table.

I understand that mornings can be busy, but this was disappointing to experience as a customer. A basic level of attentiveness and professionalism goes a long way.

Excellent service, friendly and very welcoming. A small but cozy business.

I would like to thank the owner for helping me out with snow removal after the 2026 snowmagedon. He seen me struggling and came by and cleared the end of my driveway! Thank you so much!

Good food

Love the Chateau Guay! We stay regularly when visiting family and always have a large, clean room, with lovely people working housekeeping and the front desk. The restaurant is great too, we really like breakfast, can't beat the food or prices.

Very quaint, modernized rooms. Perfect for sleeping, LOTS of hot water. Deep tub, stand-up shower. These rooms were well thought out. One of the most reasonably priced options for the area. Offers value, if that is a concern.

Just wondering why the restaurant hours are so weird? Closes at 2PM. People don't go there for dinner?

Had the hangover breakfast, it was amazing. Waitresses were very nice, all around awesome place!

This is a dump. It is across from the dump, so I guess it makes sense. The rooms were somewhat clean. The blinds have never been cleaned. As you walk in the exterior could also use a good scrub. The tub had a cigarette burn on it. Some towels were dirty and some had holes in them. The cleaning lady was kind but the manager was very unfriendly. It is not worth $89 a night but rather $20 per night. The restaurant is not open on Thursdays in the evening even though the sign says it is open until 8pm. It is a joke. The Bates Motel must be better.

We live in town so we never used the rooms but the restaurant is a little town gem on the edge of town, so it's not run with too many locals. But it's beloved by all. Breakfast all day is really good especially for the prices. There chicken strips are amazing and so is there caesar salads with there homemade dressings, so good. Even had live music during are brunch sometimes, it was a really relaxed vibe and cozy as well. Food wait isn't too long. Totally worth the trip everytime.
