“Love Arby's. We were in sudbury for a soccer game, and really like the orillia location. Beef and cheddar is hard to beat. This location was ok, but not perfect. We had to look to find a clean (ish) table. We had a couple minutes of standing at the till before anyone acknowledged us. Food came out fast. Curly fries were brilliant as usual. Everything was hot as expected. My daughters sandwich was a hot mess... I know that its not a perfect sandwich for keeping it neat, but this seemed like it was assembled from a distance.. Still, flavour, quantity and quickness were all as expected.“

“I’ve noticed a big improvement at Wendy’s lately, especially when it comes to customer service. It used to feel pretty cold — staff wouldn’t really say much, no smiles, just hand you your order and that was it.

Recently though, it’s been a completely different experience. The staff are much more friendly and welcoming, and it actually feels like they care about the customer experience now.

You can also tell they’ve made some improvements to the overall atmosphere, which makes a difference.

It’s nice to see the positive change — definitely a big step up from how it used to be.“

“Really appreciate the consistency at this Pizza Hut in Sudbury. Every time I order, the quality is just right — properly cooked, balanced cheese, and exactly what I’m expecting.

I’ve been to other Pizza Hut locations where it’s hit or miss sometimes, but this one stays solid every single time, and that’s honestly what keeps me coming back.

“I had ordered a big lunch for the office and the Harvey’s staff pulled through! With the amount ordered and the time provided I was very pleased. I believe it was the supervisor or manager but he was extremely helpful making sure everything was bagged separately as well as everything was on time! Big shoutout to the whole staff! “I ordered a 10” Meat Mountain and wasn’t expecting much as I have had Toppers pizza before from the Notre Dame location and wasn’t expecting much as I was never impressed but this is the Toppers you want to go to. It was stacked. Cooked well and I had a hard time finishing it myself. As things are getting more expensive these days, I surly didn’t feel ripped off. Good job! “Ravi is an absolute jem to see at subway! From the second I walked in to the immaculately presented and maintained and spotless store that smelled like delicious, mouth -watering fresh bread to his expert advice on the sauces he suggested (garlic ioli) it was an absolute pleasurable experience! I'm so comfortable and will definitely be returning! He included fresh extra tomatoes and green peppers as well! I have the opportunity to use the bathroom and it's gender neutral, meaning that gay rights matter to them and are accepted. Please try it out - I guarantee you will be happy!“

“Had trouble getting on the app and when I finally did it was super slow. I also had chosen Italian bread for my sandwich and submitted the order. When I got to the store the bread was now whole grains. The sandwiches were already made so I picked it up and had to give it to my husband. Im not allowed whole wheat or grains.
