I was very disappointed to find that your establishment was closed during its advertised hours of operation today. As a customer, I rely on businesses to be open when they say they will be, and it was inconvenient for me to have made plans to visit your restaurant only to be turned away.I understand that things can come up and cause unexpected closures, but I expect better communication and transparency from a business.
