“My favourite Tim’s in town. Morning staff is great always a pleasure to see them. Drive-thru is always quick and coffee always tastes what ordered. Best iced Capps also. I do have a comment about 1 staff member in the evening she is not the friendliest but overall I will by pass the Algonquin location and get my coffee there everyday!“

“Relatively quick service. However, there have been a number of times I've ordered multiple food items, and I have to ask to have it put in a bag.
Please don't hand me 4 things while I have a drink in my other hand. I get you want to be quick and serve others but it takes longer for me to ask you for a bag when you could have done it in the first place.“

While visiting Canada, I finally had the chance to stop by Tim Hortons, and wow I completely understand why it’s such a beloved part of Canadian culture. There’s something so cozy and familiar about it. It’s like if McDonald’s and Dunkin’ Donuts had a baby, but with a distinctly Canadian heart and soul.
Right when I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm, casual atmosphere. It wasn’t just about grabbing food it felt like stepping into a local favorite where people start their mornings, meet up with friends, or take a break from the day. I was also really moved by reading up on Tim Horton’s story learning how this Canadian hockey legend helped create a brand that’s now such a cultural icon made my visit feel even more special.
Now let’s talk about the food: I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and some mini donuts, and every bite hit the spot. The sandwich was perfectly warm, cheesy, and satisfying. The hashbrowns were crisp and golden, not greasy just right. And those mini donuts? Sweet, soft, and totally addictive. Great for sharing (or not!).
But the real star for me was the coffee. I wasn’t expecting it to be that good but it blew me away. Smooth, bold, and full of flavor without being too strong or bitter. Whether you're a regular coffee drinker or just need a pick-me-up, Tim Hortons coffee is absolutely worth trying. I even went back the next day just for the coffee alone!
Tim Hortons isn’t just a fast-food stop it’s a part of the Canadian experience. If you’re visiting from out of town (like I was), don’t miss it. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee break, there’s something comforting and memorable about this place that you’ll carry with you long after you leave.

“Stopped by with an order for two steeped teas and they were out of tea by the second but told us they would brew it up fresh. Drove around and got back in line and picked it up and then my friend who was driving drove into the snowbank at the end of the drive threw. We had a great time. Fantastic service. “I had a Large Orange Tangerine Quencher Properly done with the Whip Cream & I even asked if she could please blend it all together, It was the Most Delicious one that I ever had ! The Smile Cookies where so amazing, and still VERY, VERY FRESH after 24 hours... It's so nice to see SMILES on Tim Hortons Cookies.....“
“Dale at the levesque location in sudbury had the best customer service ive ever dealt with at tim hortons, deffinatly reccomend this man as manager. Need more people like him!
