I ordered an bacon and egger this morning, and it was horrible. The bun was hard and stale. Had to throw it out. So dissappointed.
I had horrible experience here with food..I'm usually very happy with the quality..I reached out to share my disappointment and haven't heard a thing back..horrible..do better A&W!
Ordered a Deluxe Grilled Chicken burger combo and when I got home it was missing the lettuce. Called to see if they could make it right and no one picked up. Even worse is that they didn't include the receipt with my purchase.Not impressed. When I did get through on the phone I was told they were out of lettuce. (Also out of gravy as they told the man waiting for an order beside me). Why was the lettuce not mentioned before my purchase? Staff were friendly but food was lacking...read full review
