I am a regular customer and order through Skip the Dishes. Recently there has been a problem with what is my usual combo on the skip app and it had been that way for a least a couple of weeks, so I finally called Burger King on Silvercreek and asked to speak to a manager. Stopped for a snack around 230pm Thurs August 6.
No one at the counter, so I had to enter my order on the self-serve kiosk. Not a great experience finding things.
Tried the Jalepeno cheesy bites and onion rings.
The cheesy bites were barely warm. They were leaking and tasted odd. The onion rings were hot but you only get about 6 rings for $4.49 ($.75 per ring?)
So for $9 I got 6 (just OK) onion rings and some inedible cheese mess!
Clean place, big, and delicious food. also the stuff are helpful and lovely .
