I have been to many burrito Boyz locations. This was the most underwhelming. Usually I love Burrito Boyz. I wouldn't go back here. They could learn something from the Cambridge location.

Absolutely terrible experience at Burrito Boys! The food was a complete disaster—soggy, flavorless, and poorly made. My burrito was falling apart before I even took a bite, and the ingredients tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The meat was dry and overcooked, the veggies were not fresh, and the sauce was barely noticeable.

Food is great but operationally this place is regularly breaking down at dinner time. Was here 2 weeks ago. Made an online order, which said to pick it up in 15 min. I showed up 30 min later and had to wait 10 more min. There were literally no other orders being made and the place was empty. It was pure lollygagging and laziness.
Now tonight I put another small 2 burrito order in. Show up 40 min later and it hasn’t even been started yet, and they have all these Uber eats/skip orders backed up. I got my burrito 50 min after the order was put in (told it would be ready in 20 min). The staff isn’t doing a great job here these days in terms of timeliness.

Horrible experience it is saturday night and prior to leaving home, I checked google to see what time they close and it said “11pm”. I arrived at Burrito Boyz at 10:40pm and everything was cleaned and there was no food to be served. The man working there, told me they were closed but had his friend there they were talking and they proceeded to have their conversation after telling me they were closed. Very disappointing.

An hour and a half wait for them to make two burritos. Unacceptable. I would have never ordered if I knew that. Don’t go here if you plan on enjoying dinner as you might be eating breakfast by the time they’ve only just finish making it. 0/10.

Placed an order on DoorDash and wow ! Food came hot and fresh and tasted absolutely delicious!! So impressed with this restaurant, if you’re thinking about trying it you should no hesitation. 10/10
