Great selection of chocolate coatings for your ice cream, lot of sizes (the baby size is great for trying multiple flavours). The place is always clean, the staff always friendly. Highly recommend checking it out!

The ice cream is amazing but something has changed this year. Twice I’ve gone and either the dipping chocolate has changed or the staff don’t have the right training. The chocolate is so thin on it that ice cream is everywhere before you’ve even taken your first bite.

The chocolat quality is great and always nice and thick however the ice cream quality seems to have dropped big time. Somethings changed
Used to be able to enjoy it but yesterday's visit to chocolat favoris guelph was a messy disaster the ice cream was like water. Just dripped all over. We ordered a size small and even a mini size and it dripped too much. It wasnt even very warm out .. not sure what happened and I want to believe it was just a bad batch .. the consistency...
