I would like to say, this has been the Best fish n chips by far delivered on a app, since I moved to guelph , I order 2 pcs fish and man O man, was it a meaty fish. The coating is not heavy, just right . Will definitely order again . Keep up the awesome work ... ps I would have liked more lemon, just saying 😆 😋

We were greeted at the door. Our server Nick was polite and efficient with our order and had a smile looking after us and other tables he served. This is so nice to see now a day. Would recommend this location and server.

This place has gotten worse over the last year
Management is non existent I have complained the last time I was here.
And In my opinion it hasn't gotten any better.
The bartender is not friendly..
The only thing bringing me back is the cheap beer..

Had the $25 steak and lobster dinner. Steak was a little tough but still pretty good, lobster was very good along with fries and veggies. Service was excellent and fast. Would return.

Half hour to get a coffee, another 20 minutes to take drink orders, another 30 to take our food order.
Do not order the Chicken strips, rock hard and dry inside.
Under staffed and washrooms are dirty!

In economic hard times....this place is a reminder of the good ole days. I went to this location for the first time and it was busy on a Monday night....good sign. The menu had lots of great options, and it was definitely priced reasonably well. I ordered a Sizzler platter and my friend fish and chips. The food was plentiful and my dish was really tasty. We each had an alcoholic beverage, and the bill came to around 50 bucks. No HST helped....

All in all a really great experience. I will be back!

It was not worth it to replace the fries with mashed potatoes and gravy. It tasted like the boxed potatoes. It was an extra $3. I had the grilled chicken club, and it was decent. The toast was really hard to bite into, though. I went for a staff party supper. For a few dollars more, go somewhere else that has better quality food.

The server was nice. They were very quiet and efficient when we were ready with the bill. It was very loud in there, and I could barely hear people at my table with me.

If I could I might have given it a 2.5 star.

Food was average. Portions were small. A couple of people ordered a sizzling chicken with peppers, etc and asked if tortillas were supposed to be served with it and were told no (I've seen this type of dish served elsewhere with tortillas - maybe a cost savings method by the restaurant). Several people in our party complained about watered down drinks.

The servers were excellent. They deserve credit considering the size of our party. They were attentive and professional.

When the bills came, I discovered a 3% "Honest to Goodness" fee which we also had to pay taxes on. It should be named "We can charge whatever fee we want without telling you". I can choose to pay for a meal item that is more expensive. I don't have a choice about an arbitrary 3% added to a bill, especially without being told in advance. I removed 3% from the tip and will not return to this restaurant chain.
