Atmosphere is only 3* simply because of how busy they were and the limited seating. But server was amazing and food is always super quick and soooo good!

Always love Chucks. The big Chuck burger is best, but the steak and lobster tail is tasty to. Fair prices, friendly staff

The food has gone down hill. Ate there last week, the burgers were over cooked , dry and buns were stale. Was one of our favorite places to go for quick lunch.

Food was good.
Service was slow to get drinks but food was great to get out.
Way too hot no AC made it unenjoyable to sit there.

New server was nice we had a young male he went out of his way to make sure our food was good and fresh I like have appetizers

Booked reservations,one of warmest days this week jo air condition or fans,25 minutes sitted no one even brought water..although hostess was getting.others after in had drinks...once server came he was pleasant.Food was terrible serving sizes unlike past..all were hungry after..no corn cob smallest chicken breast ever..like pigeon..very disappointed in food since have been.Looks like going under..unless for beer after work can sustain..never again expectations ruined.oh and signature corn on cob replaced with can corn!with steak tough,not cooked as requested...only cesar salad remain similar to past...So sad..😑

Recently visited at the Chuck’s house, the serving and food is excellent. The overall experience is good but vrushali needs my extra appreciation as she is very attentive towards each person and serving every person.

Our server vrushali was absolutely amazing . She was the only waitress in the restaurant when it was full and she still managed to make it feel like we were the only customers there with the amount she was checking in and helping our Table. Very thankful for her!

I would like to say, this has been the Best fish n chips by far delivered on a app, since I moved to guelph , I order 2 pcs fish and man O man, was it a meaty fish. The coating is not heavy, just right . Will definitely order again . Keep up the awesome work ... ps I would have liked more lemon, just saying 😆 😋

We were greeted at the door. Our server Nick was polite and efficient with our order and had a smile looking after us and other tables he served. This is so nice to see now a day. Would recommend this location and server.

This place has gotten worse over the last year
Management is non existent I have complained the last time I was here.
And In my opinion it hasn't gotten any better.
The bartender is not friendly..
The only thing bringing me back is the cheap beer..
