Very fresh and tasty. Came for the $12 lunch special. Had the amritsari fish pakora and Chana tikki chat. And masala tea. So delicious.

Very nice staff and tasty food, but food is expensive for portion size. As for the buffet, you need to get there early, because when they begin to run out, they aren't eager to add more during the few hours it is open. I went there the other day at 1:40, and the woman arrogantly told me they close in 10 minutes (they were closing at 2), and that I would have to eat my food in the ten minute period and leave. It was a pretty rude interaction, and given that their buffet is almost always the same stuff and the restaurant is in an industrial unit, I won't be going back. I recommend Diana, Bombay, Jannat-E. instead. And that really great place down near the police station, in the plaza across from Starbucks. Lots of better tasting and reasonably priced Indian food in Guelph.

I had an incredible dining experience at Diwa Indian Cuisine. For starters, we ordered the Paneer Pakoda and Paneer Tikka, both of which were fantastic. We followed that up with Kadhai Paneer, Malai Kofta, and Achari Paneer for our main courses. Each and every dish was beautifully presented, with the rich curries served in elegant traditional bowls and garnished perfectly. As gorgeous as the food looked, the taste was even better. Everything was incredibly flavorful, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Diwa Indian Cuisine to anyone looking for a delicious and visually stunning meal. Such a hidden gem in Guelph.

We recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The starters were crispy and flavorful, especially with the fresh chutneys on the side.

The paneer sizzler was the highlight — perfectly cooked, smoky, and full of rich flavors. The main course was equally impressive, with creamy and authentic curries that tasted fresh and well-balanced.

The ambiance was calm and comfortable, and the service was smooth and timely. Overall, a great place for quality food. Definitely worth visiting — will come back again!

I had an outstanding dining experience at Diwa Classic Indian Cuisine in Guelph. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and the comforting aroma of authentic Indian spices. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, each cooked to perfection — the curries were rich and aromatic, and the naan was soft and buttery. The service was impeccable, and the staff took great care to ensure our table was comfortable throughout. It’s rare to find a restaurant that balances quality, flavor, and atmosphere so well. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending Diwa to all my friends!

Wow, Had a chance of dining in. Restaurant atmosphere was mesmerizing albeit you forget the rest of the world but just only feel your presence in the restaurant. Needless to say about the food: freshly prepared , served with a style that activated your appetite hormones. Not only the food was SUMPTUOUS but also HYGIENIC and HORTATIVE. Was offered a variegated MENU to choose from. Paneer Tikka with Pine Apple slices added, was intoxicating among other platters.
I was told that they use self prepared/ mixed spices selectively chosen from a big list of condiments to present a lingering taste.
Indeed, it was a lingering taste. And, budget allows you as well.
