Domino's Pizza in Guelph

“I think Domino's has redeemed itself recently. It's not as bad as it used to be.

I've been having a love/hate relationship with Domino's for a few years. If you see my reviews Domino's used to be fantastic before the pandemic, then slightly after it started to go downhill to a very bad experience multiple times. I thought maybe I was getting old and my taste buds were changing but I tried many locations before finally finding a great mom and pop place close by that I frequent now.

I was running a bit late the other day and decided, what the heck - why not try Domino's since the 50% is on.

It's not as good as my usual go to place but it's definitely improved 10 folds since the last time I ordered. The pizza actually had flavor, wasn't dry, and the toppings were fresh. They also let you add free seasonings on it which is a great addition and good to see personally.

I'll definitely consider ordering from Domino's again if I'm not near my favourite mom and pop pizza place.“

“Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service!!

I was a complete idiot when ordering from here on UberEats and subsequently cancelling my order when there was no driver available. I did not realize that there would be no refund since they were so quick to start my order (a really good issue to have LOL). After missing a phonecall and somehow a delivery to the house, I ordered again through their website. Once realizing there was so refund in my account, I called and was walked through everything wonderfully!!

The manager (I presume) had the amazing driver bring the cancelled UberEats pizza AND my other order at a discounted price.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and understanding despite my idiocy (which I’m sure was majorly inconvenient) and more than kind for the discount.

Now the whole house is happily enjoying some delicious pizza and I can’t be grateful enough after exams for this!“

“This is now one of my favourite pizza places. Everything we got was under $35 only. Super fresh, tasty and flavourful. The chocolate lava cakes are a must try!!! Sooo good!!! Also what great deals they have. Will definitely be going back there again on Mondays
