Domino's Pizza in Mississauga

“The customer service at this Domino’s location is absolutely outstanding! Every time I visit, the entire team goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. Everyone is helpful, informative, kind, and keeps you updated while you wait—which you almost never have to do because everything is always so efficient!

A special shoutout to the gentleman who I’m assuming is either a supervisor or manager. He is always so kind and makes sure everything is prepared and ready on time. You can truly tell that he cares about providing excellent service.

Made an online order and never received my order. I called to inquire why, and the driver claims to have went to the right address, but never received any buzz despite their claims that they did. Refused to take accountability for delivering my order to someone else, and never solved the issue. So now im out dinner and money.

Ive been ordering regularly since I moved to the neighborhood in 2018, so im really disappointed in the service. Not once have I called with an issue before. Will not be ordering or reccomending this dominos to anybody, unless you like giving money away.“

Vegetarian options: I only get vegetarian options sometimes cause that’s what I like most of the times on my pizza for myself

Parking: There’s not much parking near Domino’s store, but there’s parking it’s so small plaza“

“Easy online ordering, good deals, quick delivery, good quality food, good value. While price/deal was really good, tax and delivery charge added substantially to cost. But overall, very good! I’ve only started ordering from them in the past couple of months at a friend’s recommendation & this is my third order lol!“

“Pizza is always ready on time. This was the first time they messed up my order. Incorrect toppings on each side of the Pizza. They offered to start from scratch or take it as is and receive a free medium pizza with any toppings. So at least they tried to satisfy the customer, me lol, at the time. I took the free medium.

Parking: There's an Esso gas station and an automobile shop in this small plaza. Sometimes, it's difficult to find a parking spot to pick up a pizza order. However, cars come and go quickly enough that one will be available in under 5 minutes. 90% of the time, I'm able to park without having to wait.“

“My child attended the Domino’s Kids Pizza Making Program on Sunday from 1–3 PM and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, patient, and made the whole experience fun. They taught the kids how to roll the dough and bake their own pizza, and my child came home super happy. Great initiative by Domino’s! Thanks“

“I have tried different pizza places and I can tell you that Domino's pizza is really good. The tomato sauce they use is not water down like other places nice and thick and every topping was fresh. The dough is also really good too.I would give them 8 out of 10 Keep up the great work“

They were very sparing with the toppings and tomato sauce. We ordered chicken, tomatoes, and green peppers, but none of the flavors came through. All we could taste was the crust.“

“I've had a couple of issues with this location in the past but I wanted to update my review since it's been a while since I've had any real problems with them.

First of all, they are hands down, the best pizza in this neighbourhood. I've gotten some petty crappy deliveries from all the other nearby pizzerias and the reason why we return to this one, even after we've had issues, is because, they seem to at least address problems and prevent them from happening in the future.

We usually have our stuff picked up. It's faster and cheaper. But we have had them delivered before.

Issues I've had in the past:

1. Extra sauce when we've requested easy on the sauce.

2. Toppings not spread evenly across the pie. Or not having the correct toppings (we once got pepperoni on a veggie and it was a pain trying to get the correct one delivered to us).

3. Not having enough toppings.

It's obviously not been enough to make us stop going here. It's still our favourite pizza place in the area. We will keep going here. And we highly recommend Domino's.“
