“Didn’t like this location at all even though it’s the closest store to my residence and would often travel to further locations I.E. Marlee or Sheppard locations because they Avenue Rd location were very cheap with toppings, had poor customer service, would screw up orders and would violate HACCP rules with respect to washing hands before touching food. Now since employee Srikanth Gundeti is at this Avenue Rd location I have seen a noticeable improvement I.E. Employees no longer violate HACCP rules, better customer service, orders not screwed up, and now better quality made pizzas that me and my family enjoy. People underestimate how bad, lazy employees and who often violate HACCP rules can ruin the customer service experience!“
“Pros: Always reliable in making of my order.
It's never too busy.
Love the updates (when pizza went into oven, when it is ready).
There are some tables and chairs for dine in but it's not an environment you feel like hanging out at.
Cons: no legal parking on the side streets.“

They were understanding, professional, and made sure I received the correct order. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely cares about making things right. “The app is not very intuitive, at least not to me. Maybe I’m just getting too old for these apps! It took me more than five tries before I finally got my order entered correctly.
That said, $13.99 for a large 7-topping pizza is a great deal, and the pizza itself was quite good. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t find any mushrooms, even though I had selected them as one of my toppings. I also found the pizza a little too salty for my taste.
Overall, good pizza and excellent value, but the ordering app could definitely be more user-friendly.“
“Overall a fan of Domino’s but really enjoy this location. It’s walkable, staff are friendly and they often give out many coupons and discounts. Plus even this one time where I got a whole medium pizza for 5 bucks whether that was on Customer Appreciation Day or even twice in general as a frequent customer. One pizza I would especially recommend thats more like the overall crust style is New York Style. I find that the pizza is most juicy and all of the flavours hit more of your umami area of your taste buds. I mean look let’s be honest New York style pizza is goated asides from many Italian cities like Roma or Napoli within the North American continent New York style pizza is best especially at Domino’s Pizza in my humble opinion.“
“Staff were very helpful - helped me order via an app. So friendly, cheerful and pleasant. Lots of smiles from staff!! Parking is challenging, but you can likely park at the gas station closeby for a few minutes during pickup. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!“
“Today I ordered a pizza, and I was served by a young woman named Aman. She was very polite, and I was genuinely impressed by how professionally she handled everything on her own.
Management, please take note: she is a valuable employee who deserves a raise and a bonus. Employees like her are truly hard to find.“
