Very kind and helpful staff. The food came very quick and it was incredible. The price is more than fair for the quality. 10/10 definitely making this my main pizza place from now on.

Double Double just ain’t it! TERRIBLE rude customer service. We ordered three large three topping pizzas. Got them home and one was super burnt. Called the store offered to send photos but was only responded to rudely. “What do you want us to do about it man?” “How much of it is burnt?”( three quarters of it) “bring it back and pay for half a new pizza and I’ll make you half a new half a pizza”. Why would we pay more money because they burnt the pizza?! Make it make sense.

We ordered three pizzas tonight. When we got the pizzas home we realized the pizza crust was burnt on one of the pizzas. When we called the employee answering the phone was very rude. He asked us “what do we want him to do about it man?”He asked how much of the pizza was burnt ,we said three quarters and that we could send him a photo. He was not interested in seeing the photo and he replied that if we brought back the pizza and pay for half the pizza he would make us a new one. I’ve never experienced this terrible of customer service at a pizza place in my life. They burnt the pizza and they were rude and told us to pay more money to get more pizza?? Make it make sense.

We just ordered a pizza from uber, which was by one get one free, but we only got one pizza. It was not even a fair size for the money we spend for one pizza. Why should we spend this much money for one small pizza when there were more better options. Will never order from there anymore. It will be our first and last time. Please remove the by one get one offer you have in Uber eats if you are not willing giving
