Service is always great, but the quality of the food has dropped substantially. The chicken is different now with a spice that I personally just do not enjoy, so I opted for pulled pork. What I received was 3 day old pork roast chunks. They were dry, cold and inedible. I contacted the owner a few times with photos and received no response. Disappointed that the issue was not addressed and in turn they’ve lost a loyal customer.***I’ve reached out 3x via email to the email provided and haven’t even been acknowledged***Updated: April 17. Contacted by a manager and compensated $20. Tried tonight and opted for chicken(which is still spicy, not roasted) and it was much better. The food quality, and temperature was much more safe and to a standard you’d expect. The service was still great, and I will be a return customer if the pork is actually turned into pulled pork!
