Me and my friend almost got caught in a HUMAN TRAFFICKING RING, old men on the outskirts with the same cups a quarter full and not drinking it, but they were offering it to every blonde chick! WATCH OUT!! I think the owners of the bar are in on it because all the old creepy men were going in and out the back door ONLY. The night ended with us being escorted home by SWAT with AR’s and full POLICE vests… please ladies be careful and don’t risk bad bars. FRANKS IS A BAD BAR

Had a late dinner here with some friends on a Saturday night. We were seated at the patio. The waitress who served us was incredibly nice and friendly. The food tasted pretty good. I ordered sweet potato fries and a pizza that came with sausage, olives and onions. Prices were average.

I got two drinks. I used my credit card,and they neglected to inform me there was an over $4 "gratuity" fee.They only informed me after I questioned the total price. The bartender didn't even show me the total on the machine,just held it out for me to tap my card. I'm assuming they did this,not thinking I would check my banking account, to get more money out of me. This place is a scam.

Worst experience in a club ever! This club has Extremely rude security guys. Floors were sticky and disgusting even at 9:30 p.m. We were there early on Friday. One of the bouncer Michael pushed one of my friend outside and wouldn’t allow us in without any explanation. The bouncer wouldn’t even reply when I asked the reason why and turned his back. The staff pretended not to listen to you like you didn’t exist, it was a very frustrating situation considering that they don’t even treat you like a person. I guess it was because we were brown skin compared to the white folks. Definitely the most racist situation ever experienced. I feel sorry for these people, I’m surprised there are still people out there that have been raised this way. After this incident, i read the reviews and am not surprised why so many people have commented the same thing about their security guys and after all this while the management hasn’t done any thing to change this. This clearly shows that frank & steins management doesn’t care at all. So disappointed !

Worst experience ever, the bouncers were extremely rude and arrogant. Staff doesn’t care, and worst they charge 5$ extra when paying using credit card. One of the bouncer started pushing me out without any explanation. When we try to reason with the manager (Michael) he couldn’t provide any answer and on top of it, bouncer was laughing sarcastically. I felt their attitude was racially motivated. We checked in early and paid cover charge but then got treated disrespectfully. This place is absolute garbage and would never visit this. There are lot of other good places nearby which are worth our time and dignity.

One guy was reasonable but one of the security is completely unreasonable, and unnecessarily rude - he lied about the questions that were asked and was disrespectful to both us and our friends, it felt like he was on a power trip.
