This is a cute little shop full of healthy smoothies and smoothie/protein packed bowls. I found it interesting that you can every add little additions like Lions Maine (which is great to reduce brain fog and increase mental clarity). Marine collagen, turmeric, b12, creatine MCT, beef pollen, sea moss, spirulina. So many things to kick your smoothie or bowl up a notch.
