The beef kebab was very good, but the fries are not cooked very well. I think they need a deep fryer. $5.99 in the garbage bin

Excellent customer service, clean establishment and great food. It feels like they genuinely appreciate the business. Great value for the portions you get. Not sure if he was an owner but the gentleman who served us then came to our table to check in on our experience. It was our first time visiting the restaurant and won't be our last. Its a friendly, family atmosphere that feels like you've been invited for dinner in their home. The falafels were fantastic.

Waiting 16 minutes before they started to make my pizzaSitting in waiting area and they served 6 people who came in after me their butter chicken ( the special of the day) BEFORE they even started to make my pizza. When I pointed out I had been waiting 15 minutes and if they had not started to make it yet I needed to leave she was rude and dismissed me.I paid online at 12.02pm and 12.17pm she is still putting toppings on my uncooked pizza.Have not had such appalling service for years.

Again.... geesh, every time I go, because I love the flavours, rice and salad, I ask, please, I would like my meat rare. They are incapable of doing rare, or even medium, which I could tolerate. Every single time, I get super well done, dry, overcooked meat, even when they nod and agree to give me rare. Since I do take out, I never know until I'm home. Super disappointing.
My mom and I stopped in for some road food- first impression… it smelled delicious inside! Second, the ladies behind the counter were so kind and helped us place our order of butter chicken and garlic naan, roasted corn and then offered us a sample of shwarma while we waited… the food was so good! We stuffed ourselves and brought home the leftovers. Five Stars!

I have to give credit to where credit is due. Over the weekend, I had Helmand Kabab in Erin cater my little ones bday party. Given it was a mix of kids and adults I ordered the following: Large Chicken Shawarma, Large Beef Shawarma, x2 Large Rice, x2 Large Garden Salads, x20 Beef Skewers and x20 Chicken Tikka Skewers, x15 Naan Breads and of course their amazing green sauce (i don't know what it is called), x3 cheese pizzas and x1 pepperoni pizzas. This was for 26 adults and 23 kids. My guests raved about the food! It was on time, fresh, flavourful as always and just a simple, easy experience overall. Staff was amazing as usual and I would highly recommend having them cater if you want to wow your event. I even sent some food home with people and received phone calls the following day for the contact as their circle of friends wanted to know the name. Great job to you guys and hope your success continues! I understand how Google reviews help and support a business so I hope by leaving this here it gives my acknowledgment and thanks. Ordered pick up last night in hopes of having some lunches for week. Too bad it was so delicious I ate most of it in one sitting! I will say the portions are huge, I'm just a glutton. I got beef kabab and curry chicken with extra naan. The naan is more puffy than I'm used to but it was delicious! The yogurt dressing on my salad with super yum and the spicy chutney that came with kebab was hot hot hot but yummy.
