Sure has gone down hill. Disappointing. The chop suey was like glue. The fortune cookies were beyond stale. Yuck! Maybe they need to taste what they are selling.
Family owned and operated business for over 50 years, JF Chen offers great tasting food, service and quickly makes sure they prepare your food in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend, especially if you're in Guelph.
Really good fried rice, which is rare.
Great prices for the lunch special.
Also awesome they off soup, egg roll or a drink with it.
