Ordered the 2 can dine meal 2 big chunch sandwiches and 2 popcorn chickens i took 1 bit and almost puked i got rotton lettuce on both sandwiches and they didnt even look like the big chunch chicken the popcorn chicken was dry and the sad part of all of this i was the very first order of the day i also tried calling the store to talk to a manger and no one answered let it ring for almost 5 mins

Bought a 10 pc bucket and chicken was very dried out and almost black in color from sitting in warmer for to long my grandkids and myself were sick with committing and diarrhea for the night contacted manager and she really didn’t care and just smiled

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst KFC location I have ever been to. I don't even normally leave reviews, but this location is serving food that is not even KFC product. I ordered a boneless box and was given some small strips that were just as processed as the popcorn chicken. It was nit the normal boneless chicken they serve and didn't not taste like KFC. They were most definitely Jane's chicken strips that you can buy from the grocery store. I know my products and this was not what they should have been serving. The strips were far smaller then the boneless chicken and were made of fully processed meat. I would recommend everyone avoid this location especially if you are used to KFC and know what it should be like.

Spent $40 on two festive boxes
Received miserable slow service… Drinks were served warm without ice… Chicken in the sandwiches was small, tasteless and stale… Fries were stale… Coleslaw was funky and likely from three days ago… Stuffing was drier than sand…
Asked for new drinks, they obliged but got them wrong…
Asked for fries instead of inedible coleslaw, they obliged with more stale fries…
Ended up ordering more food from a different vendor at the food court because this was the worst KFC I ever tried.
I pray I don’t get sick!

This location is extremely slow. The food is sometimes really good and other times it is disgusting.
The workers that work there are not very friendly and seem miserable doing their job.

The worst experience I ever had from a KFC. I bought a popcorn chicken meal for my toddler from this location this evening and accidentally dropped it right in-front of the shop right after I bought it . This happened as my kid was trying to reach something. I cleaned that up and decided to buy another popcorn bucket . I went to the employee and ordered the popcorn and asked if he could refill the drink since it just fell right there and he told me i had to buy a meal to get a drink and they dont do a refill in a rude way.These words were from the employee of KFC at the stone road mall location on Dec 4 th at 730 pm.
Its not that they are responsible for it or responsible to give me a refill. But the least the employee can do is to express this in a kind way when literally all this happened infront of the shop . That was the worst experience I had from a KFC location and would never recommend this KFC location in Stone road mall to anyone.
