I’ve visited this KFC multiple times and the experience has always been great. The chicken is fresh, hot, and well seasoned, and the staff are friendly even during busy hours. Service is fast for a food-court location, and orders are usually accurate. Definitely one of the better KFC outlets I’ve been to.

I placed a pickup order online and everything was ready right on time. The packaging was clean, nothing spilled, and all the sauces I requested were included. The staff double-checked my bag before handing it over, which I really appreciated. The chicken was juicy, and the tacos were filled well — not messy or soggy like some places. Great job team Keep this up

4 pieces of dark meat to go. They asked if thighs were okay. Got it home and it was awful. Dry and unedible. Probably sat most of day before I came and that is why they asked if thighs were ok

The complete order for delivery was wrong. The receipt clearly displayed what was needed to fulfill the order and half of the items were missing. Deliver time was guaranteed for 4:25pm and it was an hour late. Food was cold. The phone number for the location doesn’t work and there was no proper customer service to rectify the issue. Disappointing. Will never return

Essentially just scammed me out of money as the gave me 2 pieces when I ordered 3 and asked them before I left if it was the 3 piece and they said yes

Service wasn’t the best today. I know stuff can happen however, as someone who works in the mall. Sometimes I do depend on the food court for food during breaks. Now I’m not sure what was going on and why it took so long to get my food but it took them a full 30 minutes to get my order completed. Normally that is what a full break consists is 30 minutes. Thankfully I was working with someone who understood and I was still able eat. Still all together service needs to be better. As I do know not everyone is understanding of the situation. Definitely worth going to other places in the mall.
