Everybody was so kind. The manager lady always serve with a smile and has a very gentle voice. Despite the busy hours, they try to serve as fast as they can. Truly, they make awesome fries and poutine! I love how they cut and cook everything, the process is impressive. Customers rarely see the work that comes with their food. It has always been a pleasure dining in for New York Fries’ yummy poutines! What shines through is the excellent customer service of the staff there. Especially the tall guy, who has always been excellent with his speed! Everybody has been extremely helpful to their customers. Surely reflects management’s team building efforts. I felt sad when I read other people’s reviews. They seem so entitled. A lot of customers are disrespectful, they couldn’t even cook for themselves.....read full review
