Lepakshi is on the extreme end.HORRIBLE & STALE Food : The first impression of the food was so bad that it took us lot of courage to eat the food, DESPITE long wait to get the food served, to our surprise it came out STALE.Worst Customer SERVICE : They seem to more interested in Catering Services rather than servicing customer seated. On cross checking the response is literally " YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE"

Food is not good, half cooked. Service is very poor, took over 45 minutes after order to bring one person’s order and that too some items were missing, some items were half cooked. The other person in the table had to wait for another half hour to get their order, very disappointing. Food quality not upto South Indian food standards. Do not recommend this restaurant

This is probably one of the worst south indian restaurants I've ordered from. The mirchi bhaji was terrible - it was so bad, I had to throw it out. They forgot the upma/pongal from the mini tiffin. And the vada was all flour...no lentils at all. The dosa and sambar was tasteless. And it's so expensive. It's such a disappointment that a vegetarian restaurant is that bad.
