“Visited the McDonald’s at 243 Woodlawn Road W, Guelph a few times. The location is decent and usually not too crowded. Drive-thru is pretty fast compared to other McDonald’s, and staff is generally polite. However, the order accuracy is hit-or-miss. Sometimes fries are fresh and sometimes they’re cold. My last visit, the burger was rushed and not assembled properly. Cleanliness inside is okay but could be better during busy hours. Overall, it’s fine for a quick bite, but service quality

This has to be the best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Even though it was absolutely packed and super busy but everything ran so smoothly.
The place was spotlessly clean (seriously, the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen), and every single staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Crystal she was an absolute superstar! So helpful, quick, and had such a positive attitude even during the rush. She made the whole experience unforgettable for life.
If you’re looking for fast, friendly service and that classic McDonald’s taste done right, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I LOVED this places staff. Definitely top tier when compared with any other Guelph McDonald’s. I was here around 10:40 last night and ordered a smartie McFlurry and medium drink. I had to take some time to connect to the app and they were super patient and quick considering they were working a late night shift! Easily one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had in general ❤️

What’s up with the milkshakes? The last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location I’ve ordered a chocolate shake. Once they replaced it with a strawberry one (???) and the other two times they just didn’t give it to me at all. If you don’t feel like cleaning the machines, then don’t have the option to order it.
