Food is always cold. Fries should be hot. Fry containers should be full. My order is never right. Have to ask for ketchup that is never in the the bag. They will also make sure they don't give a receipt, so customer's can't prove the order is wrong. Customers should never have to ask for a receipt. Your employees are incompetent and ignorant. If I ever have one of your employees talk back to me again, I will be contacting head office and will make sure they don't have a job.

I was looking for a specific Happy Meal toy and the workers asked which one I needed. I told them and they were able to find it for me really quickly. I feel like they went above and beyond, especially when compared to other McDonalds in the area.
The staff was friendly here and the food was good. They made a child very happy to be able to complete their Happy Meal collection.

Seems like everywhere I go these days to get coffee it's always horrible tasting . I used to like mcdonald's coffee. This morning it tasted like hot water and cream. No coffee flavor. Same goes for timmies. Always horrible now. I like the old days when service and quality meant something. Now it basically what kind of garbage can I sell for profit.
