We arrived for 5:15pm for our dinner reservation. It was our first time here. We were checked in very quickly. Our hostes was lovely and excited to hear we were there for the first time. Our server was Emily (I hope I got her name right). She was great at explaining the menu and giving recommendations. We really liked that she didn't rush us and made it a very comfortable experience. Appetizer we had the mushroom toast, it was a good portion for two people. Drinks, my husband...

Our weekend brunch at Miijidaa in downtown Guelph was, as always, a true delight. The service, and the curated mixology, especially the beautifully crafted mocktails - stood out as a hightlight. The chef's creation is consistently of a fine dining standard, and our table was thorough inpressed. We loved the Vertical Green salad, which was fresh, vibrant and memorable. The burger, Mantoulin Island Trout, and Braised Beef Cheeks were all equally outstanding.
